Through Cognitive Creations, I lead and advise enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the design of digital operating models, Agile and SAFe implementations, digital platform strategy, AI-powered solutions, and executive capability building.
My experience spans global, multi-region organizations, where I have led complex transformation efforts across strategy, planning, governance, data, and artificial intelligence—bridging executive intent with execution at scale. I currently serve as a MIT Professional Education Learning Facilitator, focused on Generative and Agentic AI applied to enterprise transformation and leadership development.
I was honored with the MIT Professional Education Fire Hydrant Award for best project in Digitalization and Technological Architecture.
